Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending with Chief of Staff Juan A. Flecha, and some AALA Executive Board members, the conference for the California Association of Urban School Administrators(CAUSA). https://www.caurbanschooladministrators.org/ 

CAUSA represents over 6,000 front-line managers (certificated and classified) from eight CA school districts with administrative unions. CAUSA has existed for close to three decades “Empowering Educational Leaders to Improve Working Conditions.” Ultimately, improved working conditions leads to the betterment of student achievement.
